Project Management is a broad and complex field. The goal of Amperes is to create an ongoing partnership with our clients, tailoring our services based on each organization’s or project’s specific needs. Our services include everything from preliminary scheduling or submittal preparation to full-scale project management throughout the lifecycle of the project. The advantage of partnering with Amperes is that you can choose to do as much or as little as you want or are comfortable with doing in-house, and then let Amperes handle anything else. This approach results in fewer delays, more comprehensive deliverables, reduced stress, and very often saves you money because you are only paying for what you need, when you need it, and no more.

Successful project management is driven by proactive decision-making. Amperes builds success by communicating with our clients and each stakeholder early and often during the outset of each mission. Our approach aims to keep all stakeholders involved and engaged throughout the process, maintaining consistent engagement throughout our contracted scope. Our tailored approach can include a nearly endless variety of services to our clients. The list of project management services below is by no means exhaustive, but it includes some of the more common examples of tasks our clients often ask Amperes to handle.
